The machine is equipped with a massage drum made up of wooden rollers. The wooden rollers rotate against different areas of the body, stimulating the muscles, skin, and blood circulation, which in turn activates the lymphatic system.
ROLLSTAR machines are equipped with infrared and collagen lamps. Infrared increases the effectiveness of the massage by up to 70%. It penetrates into the deeper layers of the skin, warming the body and skin while also dilating blood vessels, which helps to eliminate accumulated toxins. It also activates the body’s defense mechanisms, strengthens the immune system, relaxes the muscles, and helps reduce fat and cellulite.
How to use the roll massage machine
The machine is connected to a tablet that guides you through different positions, ensuring a full-body massage. The specific sequence of positions and movements is designed according to the principles of lymphatic massage.
Our administrators will show you on-site how to start the machine. You simply need to select the 60-minute program, press START, and then follow the on-screen position instructions. It’s that easy!
Why is roll massage beneficial?
Roll massage machines combine the slimming and lymphatic massage effects for a healing synergy. The procedure activates the lymphatic system, which helps reduce swelling, remove accumulated toxins from the body, and minimize cellulite. Regular roll massage sessions also help speed up metabolism.
Roll massage is also highly effective for relieving muscle tension. It is the only type of massage where you can control the intensity yourself, focusing on the areas that feel the most tense or sore.
In addition to these benefits, roll massage provides deep relaxation and an overall sense of well-being. It improves blood circulation and tightens the skin. The collagen lamps in the machine enhance skin elasticity and help maintain a youthful appearance.
After the procedure, you may feel a slight tingling sensation on the skin. The following day, it often feels as if you’ve had a full-body workout.
Before the procedure!
It is very important to drink enough water before and during the session (preferably mineral water). However, excessive water consumption is not recommended – around 0.5l during the session is sufficient. Our muscles work at their best when the body is properly hydrated. Drinking water before and after the massage helps the body eliminate toxins more easily. It is recommended to eat a light meal at least one hour before the massage. The procedure should not be done on an empty stomach or immediately after eating.
In our salon, the session lasts 59 minutes. During one session, the program includes 15 different positions to ensure a full-body massage. If you feel that a particular area needs more attention, you can skip some positions and focus on the area where you feel more tension or need. Each position lasts 4 minutes.
Clients should arrive 5-10 minutes before the session to prepare calmly – fill out a form, change clothes, and receive instructions if necessary.
